Preparing proposals or bids in order to offer your services to the federal government, other governments or public and private enterprises in a competitive bid procedure has become more and more complex and difficult. Consequently, the preparation of bids has become more costly and the evaluation of bids more difficult to understand. Every bid is different, and so each bid must be prepared and tailored to match your company’s specific capabilities to the stated requirements. Because of our deep knowledge of the processes and our understanding of the various documents—Request for Proposals, Request for Standing Offers, Supply Arrangements, etc.—we can provide assistance in the preparation of bids. We can provide an integrated service or just the portion that is needed by your firm. When we offer both proposal writing and proposal review, two separate people are assigned so that the “reviewing your own work” does not happen.
