  1. Providing leadership in the execution of large, complex and/or sensitive procurements
  2. Managing and administering large procurement related projects through the steps of Initiation, Definition, Planning, Execution and Closing of projects, both in pilot and full roll-out mode.
  3. Administrating large and complex private and public sector contracts to achieve results on time and within budget.
  4. Mediating problems encountered during the life of a contract and ensuring that misunderstandings and misinterpretations are prevented.
  5. Researching and developing new product and services to meet custom clients requirements.  
  6. Mentoring, advising and developing individuals in the acquisition and implementation of procurement in a public environment.
  7. Training in client service, excellence and ethical practices.
  8. Facilitating the successful implementation of large and small service contracts
  9. Facilitating and mediating working groups to ensure that a common goal is reached.
  10. Developing statements of work in conjunction with clients with a view to having a sound contract  
  11.  Advising, developing and implementing evaluation procedures and methodologies for complex requirements requiring unique solutions.
  12. Reviewing and advising on compliance with proposals being submitted in response to competitive bid solicitations.
