Professional Overview
Mr. Allan Cutler is a principled and excellence-driven professional with over 30 years of experience in procurement, contract administration and project management in public and private sectors. During his public service career, he managed multi-million dollar complex and sensitive procurements being responsible for the successful evaluation, award and contract administration until the expiry of the contracts. He procured a wide range of commodities and services, including clothing and textiles, hand tools, printing, advertising, government travel and fleet management. Mr. Cutler participated in developing Statements of Work and evaluation criteria, which were uniquely structured. A diligent problem solver and trouble-shooter, Mr. Cutler assists organizations in enhancing their capacity to achieve performance objectives on the basic of ethics and sustainability. He is skilled in troubleshooting with a demonstrated capacity to achieve results. Known as the “Whistleblower” for his role in exposing the “Sponsorship Scandal,” Mr. Cutler has received several awards.
